For bouncy castles, the setup area needs to be clean and clear of any sharp objects or animal mess. No shoes are allowed inside, only balloons are allowed to be attached using tear free tape. Our team will assist with setup. We will not set up on gravel surfaces.

Is a deposit required to secure a booking?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and confirm your chosen date and items. This ensures your reservation is held exclusively for you.
Can customers attach items to the bouncy castle?
For safety reasons and to prevent damage, customers are not permitted to attach any items to the bouncy castle. Our team will ensure all decorations are set up securely.
What do I need to do before you arrive?
Please make sure the setup area is clear of sharp objects and any animal mess. We cannot set up near or on spots with animal mess. We also require access to a power outlet. Please note, we will not set up on gravel surfaces.
How do you secure the equipment to the ground?
If the setup is on grass, we use sturdy stakes. For hard surfaces, we utilize weighted sandbags and place protective mats underneath to ensure stability and safety.
